Chair
Mark is the Board Chair of City to City Australia, and loves Jesus and the Tim Keller inspired framework that underpins our work. Mark brings over 30 years’ of commercial and consulting experience to his oversight of our ministry. He has worked for Sydney Trains (formerly RailCorp), Qantas, Stratsec.net and the Defence Signals Directorate (& National Security Agency, USA). Mark serves as a Non-Executive Director at Mission to Seafarers Sydney and is the Synod Representative at St Paul's Anglican, Seaforth where he is also a parishioner. Mark has been part of the board since 2024.
Mark Edmonds
Justin Moffatt is the Senior Minister of St Philip's Anglican Church in Sydney. He was born in Perth, but raised in Sydney. He studied at Sydney University and at Moore College, and was ordained in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Justin is married to Laurel, and God has given them four fun kids. He's been in ministry at St Ives and more recently in New York City. Then God moved him from one urban centre to another: Manhattan to Sydney where he continues to serve at Church Hill Anglican. Justin is a founding Director of City to City in Australia and and served as chair of the Board until mid 2025.

After practising for 17 years as a partner at Kemp Strang, Daren Armstrong joined Banki Haddock Fiora in 2013 as a partner. Daren is highly regarded for his expertise in complex corporate advisory, restructuring and financing matters. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Daren Armstrong
Greg is a Director in the Marketing and Client Relations team at ICG. Before joining ICG, Greg worked at UBS from 1998 to 2013. He held various leadership positions at UBS in New York, Zurich and Sydney, including his most recent role as Executive Director, Institutional Sales for UBS Global Asset Management in Australia. Greg has held a number of business development and sales strategy positions across a range of asset classes such as equities, fixed income, real estate, infrastructure and hedge funds during his time with UBS. Greg joined the City to City Australia Board in 2019.
Greg Fendler
Cynthia is an international business strategist and lawyer, and the Founder of Dearin & Associates. Before establishing the company in 2013, she spent 12 years working in the UK, US, Europe and Middle East, as an Australian diplomat and as a management consultant. She was also the CEO of the Australia Arab Chamber of Commerce & Industry and is proficient in Arabic and French. She is a Graduate of The Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Cynthia is married to Pete and has two young children, Lachlan and Saskia. The Bridge Church in Kirribilli has been her home church since 2009.
Cynthia Dearin
Paul is Senior Director of PC Locs, an international, IT physical-storage and deployment Company he established 20 years ago. Paul is now ‘mostly’ retired but sits on a number of committees and boards. He is married to Sue and lives in Rockingham W.A. They have 3 married children and 8 grandchildren. Paul was appointed to the City to City Australia Board in 2018.
Paul Symons
Mary comes from a Big 4 chartered background in senior management for over 15 years, and is currently in a senior finance role at an ASX listed 200 company. Mary’s expertise is around financial reporting, internal controls, and being a business partner with other teams.
Mary is married to Howard and has three young daughters, and she and her family have been serving at St Georges’ Hurstville Anglican Church, where Mary has been a church warden since 2022. Mary joined the Board of CTCA in 2024.
Mary Law
Clint Craig is the lead pastor of LifeSwitch, a non denominational church in the Hutt Valley. Clint is married with six children aged 8 through to 20. After qualifying as a lawyer, then running his own business, Clint felt called to ministry, and took on the youth pastor role at lifeSwitch, the only church he has ever known. He has since been lead pastor at LifeSwitch for 14 years. Clint’s governance experience includes chairing a theological college board, sitting on the local school board and a charitable trust board. He has previously also been on the boards of other charitable trusts and is a certified member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.

Chris is the Co-CEO of City to City Australia. Chris loves Christ, has a ‘city mindset’, and has deep experience both in the church and corporate space. Chris leads the business functions at CTCA: staffing and HR, governance support, budgeting and finance, systems and processes, and spearheading new growth into what CTCA does best. Prior to working with us, Chris was the Chief Operating Officer at a large Christian non-profit. Chris knows how to get things done, and with grace and kindness too.

Co-CEO
Andrew is City to City Australia’s Co-CEO and the Director of Coaching, and closely works with Chris England in this shared executive leadership structure. Andrew is responsible for ministry matters, oversight of content in the various programs of CTCA, network and movement, and promoting the work of CTCA to ministers and donors. This role enables him to work across denominational boundaries to be part of seeing a Gospel movement take hold of cities across Australia, which is a driving passion for Andrew.
Andrew is also the Senior Minister of Christ Church Inner West, a multi-site church in Sydney's Inner West, where he commenced over ten years ago. He has considerable experience in University ministries and has served as Chaplain to Sydney University.
He is married to Catriona and they have three adult children. The things that animate Andrew are sharing the Gospel, seeing God’s grace at work in the community of the Church as well as in the wider community through cultural renewal, and when he has time, a decent game of golf.
