CITY TO CITY AUSTRALIA EXISTS TO HELP LEADERS BUILD GOSPEL MOVEMENTS IN AUSTRALIAN CITIES, TOWNS AND REGIONS.

Our city-focused strategy at City to City Australia connects, develops and resources local leaders and movements of the gospel in cities and regions around Australia.

SUPPORT THE MOVEMENT

OUR VISION

The vision of City to City Australia is to join with God to see unity movements commence and mature in Australia, enabling the whole church together, to serve the whole city, with the whole gospel, resulting in spiritual, social, cultural, and church transformation to the glory of God the Father. City to City Australia is a resource for church planting and renewal in the cities of Australia. We seek to catalyse new church plants, strengthen existing churches through our programs and resources, and support growing unity movements.

We do this by:

  • Training & equipping leaders

  • Developing and supporting unity movements

A GLOBAL MOVEMENT

We are a part of City to City Asia Pacific, which is, in turn, part of Redeemer City to City in New York City. The movement began out of the vision of Redeemer Presbyterian Church to see a renewal of Gospel-centred church planting in the great urban cities of the world, and is very much connected to the former pastor of Redeemer, Dr Timothy Keller.

We are not bound to any denomination, but rather to Christ. We know that it will take many churches to reach a city. We train leaders to start churches where teaching is biblically sound and applied to the cultures’ questions.

If your whole family loves Jesus, celebrate with joy! What an incredible gift to gather around the wonder of Christ stepping into our world. Thank you, thank you, thank you Jesus.

But for many of us, Christmas with unbelieving family can feel isolating, complicated or even painful. Maybe someone is openly hostile. Maybe they think your faith is a bit “cute”. Maybe they’re polite… but distant. Whatever your version looks like, you’re not alone. So many Christians walk into Christmas carrying a quiet ache alongside the celebration.
